JetCrewz is working to make its service usable by people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and other assistive technology. The current work is guided by WCAG 2.2 AA.

Recent improvements include a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus styling, semantic navigation labels, and accessible status/error announcements in selected flows.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some complex authenticated workflows, including travel booking, payment, document upload, passkeys, and third-party integrations, still require live assistive-technology testing.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please use the contact form and describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology you used. Do not include sensitive personal or travel-document information in that form.
