Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of JetCrewz, a crew scheduling, payroll, compliance-tracking, and travel-coordination platform for private aviation operators ("Service"), offered under the JetCrewz name ("JetCrewz," "we," "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a paid term, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service may be used by individuals and organizations that can lawfully enter into a contract. You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. If you create or administer an organization workspace, you are responsible for managing the access you give to its users.

3. Accounts and credentials

Each individual user (company administrators, payroll staff, and pilots/crew) receives their own login. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access. Company administrators are responsible for the accounts they create for their own personnel, including removing access promptly when someone leaves the company.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are priced per active user and offered as monthly or annual prepaid terms, as shown before payment. A free trial lasts 30 days and does not require a payment card. It does not convert automatically to a paid term: when it ends, workspace access is suspended unless you choose and complete payment for a paid term. Monthly terms are paid in advance for one month; annual terms are paid in advance for one year. A paid term renews automatically only when you affirmatively select automatic renewal at checkout; the payment screen identifies the amount and billing cycle before you pay. You may turn off automatic renewal through the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal. If automatic renewal is not selected, access ends at the end of the paid term unless you purchase another term. Fees are non-refundable after a paid term begins except where required by law, for a billing error, or where we expressly agree otherwise. Taxes or other mandatory charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. We may suspend access for a materially overdue balance after reasonable notice.

5. Customer data and responsibilities

"Customer Data" means the crew, schedule, payroll, compliance, travel, and related data you or your personnel submit to the Service. You retain all rights to Customer Data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter - including payroll figures, duty records, and compliance dates - and for configuring the Service (pay cycles, permissions, compensation terms) correctly for your operation. JetCrewz is a record-keeping and calculation tool; it does not replace your obligation to independently verify pay, duty/rest, and regulatory compliance figures before relying on them, particularly where those figures affect real compensation or regulatory filings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or process data you are not authorized to hold;
• Attempt to access another customer's data or bypass access controls;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written consent;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service's availability;
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable aviation, labor, tax, or data-protection law.

7. Regulatory and payroll disclaimer

Duty/rest legality checks, per diem, overtime, and other pay calculations are provided as an operational aid based on the rules and rates you configure. They are not legal, tax, or regulatory advice, and JetCrewz does not guarantee they reflect the current text of any regulation (e.g. 14 CFR) or your applicable labor law. You remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance and for confirming pay accuracy before it is disbursed.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers to function - for example payment processing, flight search/booking, and email delivery. Use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. See our Privacy Policy for which providers process what data.

9. Intellectual property

JetCrewz and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during a trial or paid term for your lawful personal or internal business purposes.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you selected automatic renewal, you can turn it off through the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid term. If you did not select automatic renewal, no cancellation action is needed to prevent a future charge. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if continued access would create legal or security risk, generally with notice where practicable. Upon termination, we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, except where retention is required by law.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetCrewz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and where practical we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
